
The Regional Center for the Performing Arts in Africa (CERAV/Africa) held the first session of its Board of Directors for 2025 on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at its premises in Bobo-Dioulasso.
The opening session was chaired by Dr. Adama Segda, Chair of the Board of Directors, who expressed her gratitude to the directors for their presence. She expressed the hope that this session would help identify concrete solutions to strengthen the Center's effectiveness in fulfilling its missions.
The General Delegate welcomed the participants and recalled their crucial role in the governance and development of CERAV/Africa.
This session was marked by the review and adoption of several strategic documents, including:
✔ The activity report and management report for 2024;
✔ The administrative account and management account for the past year;
✔ The amended activity program, revised budget, and procurement plan for 2025.
This work is part of a drive to optimize CERAV/Africa's actions to promote the performing arts on the continent.
